The Springfield 2020 Waypoint is a premium American made bolt action rifle for hunting applications. The Waypoint is precision made to deliver accuracy and performance that you would expect from a custom grade rifle.
The action utilizes dual locking lugs on a fluted bolt for smooth operation and repeatable engagement, while the optimized extraction provides robust and reliable extraction in all conditions. The Model 2020’s receiver features a EDM cut raceway for precision dimensions for smooth cycling. 
The 2020 Waypoint comes equipped with an AG Composites carbon fiber stock. Each stock is hand-layed from 100% carbon fiber and pillar bedded for perfect mating surfaces of the action. Additionally the composite stock provides a balance of mobility and strength. The Waypoint boasts a guaranteed .75MOA accuracy for 3-shot groups at 100 yards with match-grade ammunition by a skilled shooter.
