The Rock Island Armory 1911 Tactical .45ACP features a beavertail safety, extended ambidextrous thumb safeties and low-profile sights, just like all the other semi custom manufacturer’s models.  But it is the fully parkerized finish and the custom trigger and hammer, the lowered and flared ejection port and the still classic looks of this gun that makes it a great value. An 8-rd. standard magazine rounds out the package. The Rock Island Armory 1911 Tactical .45ACP is a full sized model 1911.
