The IWI Uzi Pro features a 4.5″ threaded barrel and a left-side charging handle.
The modernized Uzi Pro is based off the well known Uzi submachinegun and utilizes a blowback operation, 9mm chamber, advanced polymer lower for lighter weight and a relocated magazine release for improved ergonomics. Unlike earlier Uzi models, the charging handle has been relocated to the left-side of the receiver. This change allows for a full length picatinny rail permitting the use of an optic. An additional bottom rail allows for a weapon light or laser attachment. The Uzi Pro includes a manual thumb safety, grip safety and firing pin block safety.
