The Geissele URG-I is a near clone of the upper receiver group currently in use with USASOC. Designed to take the rigors of the M855A1 ammunition, the URG-I takes full advantage of its capabilities.
The URG-I complete upper receiver includes a 11.5″ GOV profile, Hammer Forged,  ChromolyV, Chrome-lined barrel, with a 1:7″ twist and includes a Surefire 4 Prong SF4P Flash Hider. The 11.5″ URG-I uses a carbine-length gas system and utilizes a Super Compact Gas Block with bomb-proof installation for reliability and optimal performance.
The URGI-I uses a 10.5″ MK16 Modular Rail with M-LOK compatibility and DDC finish. This rail is a variant of the same rail used by USASOC and renowned operators. Also included is a Geissele REBCG, the carrier is constructed from 8620 steel and uses a staked, chrome-lined gas key. The bolt is made from Carpenter 158+ which is forged for a stronger and fatigue resistant structure. Each bolt is inspected, high pressure tested and mag particle inspected.

This is a complete upper receiver and will mount to AR15/M4 lower receivers. NFA Rules Apply to barrels less than 16″ in length.
