The FN-USA FN 15 upper receiver assembly is built in FN’s Columbia SC facility along with US Military contract rifles. Each upper is built with a forged M4 upper, hammer forged barrel, M16 bolt carrier group with a Carpenter 158 MPI bolt. The proven hammer forged barrel is made from 4150 chrome moly vanadium steel with a phosphate finish and uses an Government profile.
This complete upper receiver is ready to be attached to any AR-15/M4 patterned lower receiver.
