Federal Ballisticlean uses a frangible lead-free bullet for reduced ricochets and backsplash hazards. These rounds use a copper-plated primer with a non-toxic(NT) head stamp. Ballisticlean frangible bullets allow for break-up on impact on metal targets for reduced ricochet and backlash.
