Developed by a joint partnership between ATI and German arms manufacturer Schmeisser. The S60 60 round AK-47 magazine is made from glass reinforced polymer with a patent pending follower system. This system allows for double the capacity with minimal bulk. A clear polymer window on the magazine body allows for quick round count identification. Upgrades also include a bolt hold open integrated in the follower. The S60 accepts 7.62x39mm cartridges. Made in Germany.

The Schmeisser S60 has a very powerful high tension spring.  Please use caution if disassembling the magazine for maintenence.  If not properly secured, spring may eject from magazine when floor plate is removed and can cause serious injury.
