Description
Smith & Wesson Model 17-3 with a 6 inch barrel in excellent condition. If this gun was fired at all it was fired very little. The bluing is uniform and intact throughout with nothing more than minor handling marks. The cylinder opens and closes tightly, the bore is very clean with unworn rifling, the wood grip is free of any scratches or blemishes, and the case hardening on the trigger and hammer is flawless. Based on the research I’ve done on the serial number it was manufactured in 1971.
