If this item is out of stock at your local RifleGear but available at our other location, no problem. Just place your order and select In-Store Pickup as the shipping method. As long as the item is legal in your location, we will transfer the item for you. You will be notified by email once your item has arrived at the destination. The LMT MWS 308 uses their patented modular weapon system(MWS) constructed from a single aluminum forging. The forend utilizes M-LOK compatible points at all 8 sides.
The barrel is held in place by a proprietary locking system using 2 bolts accessible from the side of the receiver. This system allows the user to install a barrel chambered in 7.62x51mm, .243 WIN, .260 REM, 6.5 Creedmoor, 7mm-08 REM or .338 Federal(barrel not included).
LMT MWS barrel is required(not included). This upper will accommodate 16″ or longer barrels.
Fits: LMT 308 lower receiver pattern
