The Hunter rifle series by Daniel Defense was built to meet the demands of the modern outdoorsman with precise accuracy, proven dependability, and use a heavy hitting cartridge. The heart of the rifle is its 18”, Cold Hammer Forged barrel and carbine length gas system, shielded by an MFR 15.0 free-floating handguard. Running the full length of the handguard and receiver is a picatinny rail in the 12-o’clock position with more than enough space for optics, sights, scopes, and other accessories. T
